What is airbrush makeup?

Airbrush makeup is makeup that is applied by using an airbrush makeup kit which uses a light mist for application. Airbrush foundation creates a smooth, full coverage finish which leaves skin looking healthy and radiant. The airbrush foundation I use is water resistant, transfer resistant, fragrance free, non-comedogenic, and hypoallergenic.

I'm getting married outside in the summer. What do you recommend?

For makeup- I strongly recommend airbrush makeup. The Temptu Perfect Canvas foundation is water and transfer resistant and will stay matte longer than traditional foundation.

I have sensitive skin, what kind of makeup works best for my skin type?

A more natural approach is best for those with sensitive skin. That means using makeup products that have more natural ingredients versus synthetic. This doesn’t necessarily mean less coverage. If you are allergic to a certain product or fragrance please let us know!

What is a partial makeup application?

A partial makeup application includes eyes and lips only or foundation and lips only. There is a limit of 2 partial applications per wedding party.

How long does each service take?

Each service takes approximately 45-60 minutes depending on the style, hair thickness, or level of intricacy for makeup. Bridal hair and makeup take approximately 60 minutes for each. We do not accept time frames that are under 3.5 hours for 6 or more services. For 18-20 services we do not accept time frames under 6 hours.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! If the wedding is 10 miles outside of Minneapolis there will be a travel fee of $0.58 per artist which is an industry standard. The first 10 miles are free. As of right now we travel up to 45 miles outside of Minneapolis and only travel within Minnesota. If your wedding is more than 45 miles away, please inquire for more details. Travel fees are calculated per artist.

Service minimum/maximum

There is a 4 service minimum for all weddings. One makeup application equals one service. For all weddings there is an 18-20 service maximum depending on the time frame.

Pricing & Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the pricing shown. An 18% gratuity will be added to your total if the number of services is equal to 6 or more. Gratuity is not included in your bridal hair and/or makeup trial but is always welcome. Thank you in advance.

When should I schedule my bridal trial?

This only applies to brides who have signed a contract with us and after we have received their initial deposit. I recommend scheduling your bridal hair and/or makeup trial 1-4 months before your wedding day. If you are planning on doing any major changes to your hair; getting hair extensions, coloring it, or getting two or more inches cut off, please let us know before you schedule your trial.
